Tansu of all styles and forms have a place in enriching our homes. They rarely require more than simply finding a place to set them down. On the rare occasion where we do make modifications to tansu, often there is a way to achieve the mutual goals of maintaining the historical integrity and patina of the objects without sacrificing usefulness and character. |
